WA Fees
Phone Meet and Greet: 20 minutes free
Nutritional Counseling:
Intake: $185 per hour (cash rate)
Follow-up: $165 per 50 minutes (cash rate)
Most major insurance accepted for nutritional counseling.
Mental Health Therapy:
Intake: $145 per hour (cash rate)
Follow-up: $135 per 50 minutes (cash rate)
Supervision/consultation with practitioners via phone: $75 per hour
I accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
Bills can be paid online through your Simple Practice client portal.
** Please keep in mind that appointments canceled less than 48 hours prior to your appointment time are subject to a cancellation fee. Cancellation fees are not covered by insurance and are out-of-pocket only. **
You can add, change, or cancel appointments through the portal, or you may contact me by email.

Insurance
Anna is in network with Premera, Lifewise, GreatWest Healthcare, Cigna, Aetna, First Choice, Kaiser Permanente and Regence for nutritional counseling. If Anna is not in network with your insurance provider, we can provide you with a Superbill for you to request reimbursement.
