Insurance
Anna is in network with Premera, Lifewise, GreatWest Healthcare, Cigna, Aetna, First Choice, Kaiser Permanente and Regence for nutritional counseling. If Anna is not in network with your insurance provider, we can provide you with a Superbill for you to request reimbursement.
If you’d like, you can contact your insurance provider and ask the following questions to clarify your benefits:
What are my nutrition therapy and/or mental health therapy benefits?
Are my benefits limited to a specific diagnosis?
Is there a limit to the number of visits allowed?
Do I need a pre-authorization or a referral from my primary care doctor?
