In This Body: Summer Dates Announced!

Summer is almost here and with the (hopefully) abundant sunlight coming our way, there is more energy to dedicate to other things. With that in mind, we would love to invite you back to our favorite group to facilitate - In This Body.

We have lived through a lot. We are still living through a lot. Our bodies are currently bearing the burden of pandemic, isolation, stress and our collective trauma that comes from this experience. Our bodies need safe spaces to be, where we can begin tuning in and listening to what they have to say to us.

We are creating such a space and we invite you to join us.

What is In This Body?

In This Body is a 5 week process group where, in a supportive collaborative environment, we will explore our relationship with food, our bodies and being seen, while looking toward cultivating peace with the body we have.

Do you or someone you love struggle with embodiment, relationship with food or finding peace in the bodies they have?

My colleague, who is a anti-diet, HAES-oriented therapist and I are joining forces again to run this group. This is the third time we are hosting it together and we are so looking forward to continue creating this space for folks all across Washington state.

Our focus is to explore our relationship with our bodies and food, and to begin planting seeds of healing. Away from diet culture, beauty standards and other things that get in the way of embodiment and joy.
